Terms & Conditions

Delivery

All prices are in Australian dollars and do not include freight charges. All orders are shipped via Wine Delivery Australia within a few days of receipt of payment. To protect the wine, we do not ship on days of high temperatures and will notify you of any delays.

COVID-19 Impact on deliveries
Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and border restrictions across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland, unfortunately this means your parcel delivery may be delayed. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and link to the couriers website. 
We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time and please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding your order.

Returns

We work very hard to make the best wine we can for you to enjoy and we stand behind its quality. We bottle all of our wine under screw cap to avoid any issues with cork taint. If you find that the wine is faulty, please contact us and we will replace the bottle for you. If we don’t have the same vintage we can replace it with the next available vintage or provide a refund. Refunds or replacements will not be offered simply because you don’t like the wine.

Competition T&C’s

Application of terms:
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions and promotions run by us, or on our behalf, including those undertaken via any social media channel (each a Competition). These terms do not apply, and we accept no responsibility for, competitions and promotions run by or on behalf of any party other than Genista Wines (regardless of whether our products are part of the competition or promotion).

Competition terms:

  1. Time for entry: Entries must be received within the time frame specified.
  2. Winner(s): We will determine the winner(s) at our sole discretion.
  3. Notification: We will attempt to notify winner(s). If the Competition is run via a social media channel, we will attempt to notify the winner(s) by a message or comment on the social media channel concerned. If we are unable to reach the winner(s) within 7 days, we reserve the right to nominate a new winner.
  4. Image and naming permissions: By entering a Competition, entrants:
      i. grant Genista Wines permission to use their name(s) in winner announcement posts and/or notifications, as well as the unrestricted right to use (anywhere in the world and in any medium) any images submitted by entrants as part of the Competition; and 
      ii. agree that Genista Wines will not be liable in any way whatsoever, in relation to the use of their name, social media profile and/or any images submitted as part of the Competition.
  5. Details of prize: Any prizes offered as part of a Competition will be as described by Genista Wines. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. In the event that the prize specified in the Competition becomes unavailable for any reason, we will substitute a prize of similar value. Winners receive prizes entirely at their own risk.
  6. No endorsement: By entering a Competition, entrants acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and/or Pinterest).
  7. Variation and suspension: Genista Wines reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Competition at any stage, for any reason.
  8. Employees not eligible: Employees of, and contractors to, Genista Wines are not eligible to enter Competitions or win prizes and they will be disqualified.
  9. AU residents only: Entry to a Competition is only open to Australian residents only.
  10. Acceptance: By entering a Competition all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
