Refund Policy

We work very hard to make the best wine we can for you to enjoy and we stand behind its quality. If you find that the wine is faulty, please contact us and we will replace the bottle for you. If we don’t have the same vintage we can replace it with the next available vintage or provide a refund. Refunds or replacements will not be offered simply because you don’t like the wine.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the wine is damaged or if you receive the wrong wine, so that we can arrange replacement as soon as possible.
